My New Year’s Resolutions~

I usually don’t have New Year’s resolutions every year but this time it will be different.I sometimes lose my composure on doing some things so I thought that I need to have a guide on what should I should for 2013.

So here goes~

1. I wanna lose weight.

For some reason,for the first quarter of 2012,I lost good weight without doing anything.I was even bothered by this.I lost weight without doing anything.My classmates even told me that I obviously shed fats.Hahahaha!!

I am too big for my age.I keep on telling everyone that I am not concerned of how big I am.But I’m getting old and I thought that when I become a lawyer and I got tooooooooo big,I may not look good with suits!People would say that I have a pretty face or something like that but they would always tell me that I should lose weight.

Last week,I weighed myself.I lost weight again without doing anything.Hahaha…I’d like this to continue until to the point that I can already wear dresses I usually wear when I was a kid!Hahahah…

2. Do better in my schooling.

I was able to improve my study habits and my grades for 2 consecutive semesters (Err.I had good grades before that too).But for this semester,I don’t think my efforts for the past 2 semesters are enough.I want to spend more effort in studying.I wanna get a higher GPA by the end of March.I still am not contented of what I had achieved for the past sems. T___T

I also wanna study Kanji at the same time and some law subjects.I know this would buy so much time but Papa told me that his parents are both Magna Cumlaude and his brothers too.It’s impossible for me to become one since I had a late realization of what I actually wanted for my future so maybe a Cumlaude will do??Hahahaha…I’ll try my best!

3.Maintain the cleanliness of my room.

That’s what I really wanna do for 2013.My room can get really messy and I can’t even sweep the floors everyday ‘coz I’m too lazy to do it!

But lately,I realized that sleeping has been hard for me since my room is too messy and I can’t move a lot.My dirty room is also the biggest factor why I always lose my composure on studying and I’ll be crazy if that happens every night!!!!!

4. Read more books.

I remember the time when I was still in high school and I could read 2 novels in a week.I read more of them than my text books.Hahaha…

Right now,I want to bring back that fave past time of mine.

5. Organize EVERYTHING!

I want to organize my plans,my time,my things and everything!

I am not good in organizing my things and I always lose stuffs and others.I go into panic when I need something and I couldn’t find it anywhere.

With time,I’m quite good in tracking it.But for 2013,I wanna do better.I want to be 30 minutes earlier in every appointments or things that I’ll be attending to.

I had a new planner so I’ll be using that to organize everything! XD

6.Sleep early.

Th earliest time of sleep that I can get is 12midnight.I always end up having droopy in eyes in school and for the first time in my college life,my professor caught me sleeping and I was so guilty!!!

I also think that I am now anemic so it’d be better if I get enough sleep every night.I look so haggard everyday!!!

Hello,everyone!

Another post for today!!!

Yesterday’s the 25th and it was Christmas day!

How did everyone celebrate their Christmas???

As for me,I celebrated Christmas by eating and shopping!Hohoho~!!!

Last Saturday,papa gave me money to buy things I wanted.The night before that,I already planned on buying coats and jackets.But sad to say,I can’t find any special or kawaii coats here in my place~ Awww~ 😦

I’ve taken a liking into Tanaka Reina’s fashion style so I wanted to sport it too but with a touch of maturity.Unfortunately,I’m not skinny like Reina so it’s hard for me to find coats and jackets that will fit my body. I found coats but it’s either they’re too small for me or they’re too big for me!Ugh!

Another stylish fact about Reina are her pajamas!!

I never wear pajamas when I sleep.I wear loose shirts and shorts.

Luckily,I found cute pajamas!!They’re not like that of Reina’s but the prints are cute so I bought three!I also bought a loose shirt!

I bought a jacket too which is from Penshoppe~

And look~look~!!!!I also my papa also bought a Rilakkuma utensils set!it has a pair of chopsticks and a spoon in it!using the money papa gave me,I also bought a necklace which looks a lil’ bit like Reina’s!Err…It doesn’t look like Reina’s but can be something that’s of the same style????Hahaha…

As for the foods,we bought lots of it!!!!!We bought Pancit,Lemon Roasted chicken and Fish Fillet in Lemon Sauce!

We had Sushi too~!!!

My papa’s co-professor also gave me a set of cupcakes!

I Got a New Phone! ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

As a Christmas present,my father gave me a new phone!It’s a Samsung Galaxy Note II!!!

I’ve been wanting that phone ever since I saw an article about its release.

It’s an android phone and its gargantuan size makes it pretty impressive!!!

I’ve been using Nokia phones ever since I had my first one (I was 7 years old then) and I never tried even once owning or using any other phones.Of course,as I grew up I’m also changing my phones (form the oldest Nokia model to the newest Nokia model).

Last August (or was it last week of July?),my father bought Nokia 808 PureView for me.I didn’t know that Note II will also be released a few months after that.

A few weeks ago,I got braces and it’s expensive,so Papa told me that he has actually planned on buying Note II as his gift on Christmas,but since he had already paid my braces,he said he’ll be delaying my gift and will buy it on June next year.I’m fine with it.We cannot afford to spend much money in a short while.

Last Saturday,while I was buying gifts,my papa kept on asking me what I wanted for Christmas.I can’t answer because I don’t want him to spend money again.I originally wanted a Note II but it’s too expensive.

Apparently,he has money in his bag ready for the Note II.So when we happened to pass by a Samsung store,he dragged me in there and frantically told the saleslady that he’d purchase a Note II.

I was shocked when he did that.He paid the Note II in cash. O___o

I’m really new into Android but somehow I’m already used to it.

Papa,sankyuu for the wonderful Christmas present!I’ll do better next school year!!!!

Braces!!!!

I finally got my braces last week!!!Braces for both upper and lower teeth.

It’s not that I have crooked teeth that’s why I needed to wear braces.I just have a high canine and 2 misaligned teeth.

A few weeks ago,I decided to visit my dentist though I didn’t had appointments with her at that time.I had my teeth checked and immediately she said, “Go and get braces!!!!”.Hahahaha…The dentist is a smooth-talker so she got me!Haha.

When I was in grade school,I had retainers for my teeth.But they were wrecked by my classmate!

While I was growing up I have this perception on braces that they are so painful (and YES I was right), and they might be able to tear up my gums!Hahaha!!My mom kept on pushing me to get braces but I kept on denying the fact that I need them.

So,I got my braces last week Thursday.I got them for 40,000php. I chose the traditional braces because I wanted to have colored modules per bracket!For the upper braces,I chose Blue modules and for the lower braces I chose Violet.

I didn’t feel anything while they were attaching the braces.I felt discomfort and a bit pain a few minutees after they finished attaching them.It feels like all of my teeth are being pushed.I can’t chew properly!!!!Since last week Thursday,I’ve been eating porridges,soup and congees.It’s hard not to eat foods you usually eat before.I can’t even properly sip my drink using a straw.

So just this Monday,I ate porridge again for breakfast then went to school.It was exactly lunchtime then when I felt my stomach grumbling.’I need to eat rice’,that’s what I thought.I felt like I could vomit anytime that day if I push myself to eat one more bowl of porridge.So I ate ‘pancit’ and rice for lunch.I was surprised that I can finally eat rice though I was only capable of soft bites.Since Monday,I can already eat rice for meals!Wahahaha!!!!

Anyway,I hope I can have my braces off in as early as 6 months!My case is not that much and is only minor so maybe years of wearing braces is not necessary.

Hello~!!!

Just got home from school!Too many things happened!

Our professors already gave us our reports!I also did well in a graded recitation in one of my subjects,our organization had some activities and others!

There’s no class tomorrow so here I am writing a blog post!

So,what’s with the title?

A special friend of mine actually passed the Kizuna Project which is a 9-day immersion in Japan and aims to expose the delegates from different countries about the Great Tohoku Disaster.

Right at this moment,she’s having a good time in Japan now.She’s actually included in the first batch!Ahh~WINTER!!!!!!I’m quite fascinated about Japan’s winter season!

I know that my friend will be able to read this right after her comeback from Japan.So,friend~here’s my message!

First of all,I wanna say sorry for all the scoldings that I gave you!Hahaha….Sometimes,you tend to be so pessimistic about things with regards to your intelligence,school life,problems and others.I know for a fact that you are smart and is capable of doing things right.You wouldn’t be able to survive your course for almost 3 years if you have no competence in school.I know you also have problems at home,but please do remember that you also have a life outside of that 4-cornered household.You also have a life with SF,your friends,US.We’re here every time you need us.Some of us may not be physically present but we’re always ready to listen to your sentiments….

Okay~So CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!…I’m kinda troubled because you told me that you got accepted in the program on the day before your flight to Japan!I wasn’t able to give you my list of the things that I wanted you to buy for me!!!!!!!Hahahaha…I’m joking!!!…..

I knew you can make it!You want this,right?God gave you this present because you deserve this!Life has been hard for you and God gave you this present to make you feel that life still has some surprises in store for you!I know you’ll be having a good time in Japan.Treasure each second of your stay there.

The best presents you can give SF for this Christmas are the memories and experiences you gained from your 9-day vacation and Japan.

Again,I repeat,GOD GAVE YOU WHAT YOU YOU DESERVED!!!!Be happy!Don’t look down on yourself and always believe that you can do anything!!!

Whew!Kinda long message,huh?Actually,my friend and I passed our requirements together.For the first time,I was able to skip one of my classes just to send my requirements.Luckily,my professor excused me and gave his support instead! Awww~…

Err~I don’t think I can get in to the 2nd or 3rd batch but I’m actually fine of whatever the outcome of the results is.At least, I have a friend who passed~

New Hair Color~! v(*.*)^

Hi peeps!

This is a late post so I want to apologize.I actually wanted to stop blogging now.I felt some kind of a weird feeling a few weeks ago.I felt so uneasy to continue blogging and I felt so tired of this.

But seeing myself a few years ago,the Momo who started this blog just because she was bored,made me feel that this is something I shouldn’t stop doing.

Here I am again. Hahaha!!!

Okay,let’s change the topic!

This post is about my new hair color!A few months ago,I already had a plan on dyeing my hair black.But for some reasons,I already had fallen in love with blonde colors!

Last Saturday,I had my hair done in Hair Studio in SM General Santos City.I was actually impressed by this salon.Not only the ambiance is good,but the staffs are also reliable,cheeky and are very much accommodating to their customers.

Here’s my picture with my previous hair color.My classmates’s the one who did the coloring using a brush and a typical hair dye.For the past 5 months,my hair didn’t had any treatment.Eventually,its black roots came out!!!

Here’s my new hair color!

This time it’s Loreal.I forgot the exact name of the color but I think it’s something like Light Natural Golden Blonde.The black roots are now gone!Yay!Also,they treated my hair with a medicine and cut it shorter.

Yes,yes,I’m satisfied with the results!!

Shopping and a Date with my Best Friend!

Haroooo~!!!

Yesterday,I did some shopping.I bought things that I will be using for the new semester. Since I was able to achieve a really good GPA last semester,I want to set my standards on a higher level for the next sem.I want to get a higher GPA,better than last sem’s.It’s better to compete with yourself,right?Hahaha…So,with this,I’ll be needing new weapons! XD

I am actually not fond of recycling and reusing old things.

So,for starters,pop bought two pairs of shoes.

The first one is a pair of wedge…Umm…Is this a wedge??Hahaha…So sorry!I don’t know anything about the fashion language.Well,anyway,these heels,I bought them because I just felt like wanting to try them on.I’ve been wearing flats,rubber shoes and casual shoes almost 3/4 of my life.I’m not good with heels and of course,I’m also getting old that’s why I want to practice myself by wearing these.

The next pair is a casual pair.This will be the pair the I’ll be using everyday for school.I love closed shoes so I chose this one.And I also think that this is durable for walking since I always walk my way to school twice a day.

I bought a new bag too!

A Secosana bag!I was actually gonna pick the backpack-styled bag.I was torn between the two bags and it’s kinda hard for me to choose since they’re both lovely but I ended up choosing this one since it’s more feminine-looking!It is smaller but I thought that my small notebooks will fit in this.

The next one is a cute small pouch.This will be the pouch for my perfume,lipstick,lip gloss and hand cream.As much as possible,I wanted to also put my powder here but unfortunately it doesn’t fit in! I saw Tanaka Reina’s blog and she has her own pink pouch with a ribbon on it.Hers much bigger though!Gladly,I found one for myself too!

A pencil case and lotsa pens!!!!

I bought a Kitty pencil case!!Kawaii ne~?I was supposed to buy a different pencil case but the moment I saw this,without any hesitations,I took it!I’m such a sucker for Kitties!Next,are the pen.I have lots off pens but I just felt like wanna have new ones!I also bought a mechanical pencil.I don’t actually need it but I saw that my jpop idols are using this for their studies so I also opted to buy one!And as usual,I bought a new violet pen.Violet-inked pens are never absent in my bag! 😀

Notebooks!
I have only 5 subjects now.What took me more time in the store was choosing for the right notebooks.I wanted my notebooks to be perfect since I’ll be using them for the next 5 months.Each of these notebooks are divided into 3 parts that’s why I bought two!

Also,yesterday,I went out with my best friend.It’s not a planned meet-up.Hahaha….We went to watch ‘Suddenly Its Magic’.Surprisingly,it’s a good movie.I had good laughs ’til the end.Haha.

She also gave me her birthday present for my birthday.It’s a card and a cellphone charm.My keitai charm matches hers (mine’s yellow and hers is black).The card—she never fails me to give a card in every special occasion.Aww~the messages she had written in the card,so SWEET!

We also went to Starbucks,ordered Frapps and had talks!

So the post ends here!I wanna go to school already but sad to say,the semester’s starting on the 12th!!!!!

Oh~I will be changing hairstyle soon!Will change the hair color and will trim the hair and get a treatment for it this coming Saturday!I will post an entry about it next week!!!!

Momo’s 19!!!!

Last October 10,2012 was my birthday!!Momo just turned 19!!!!!

Uwaah~Another year has been added and only 1 more year to go before I turn 20!I feel so old now!I can’t believe that I am this old right now. (>_<)

Being 19 is a bit different to me. Somehow,the feeling of being 19 is a very big worry for me.It means that I’ll be a senior soon.It means that I’ll be graduating soon.It means that I’ll be saying goodbye to my teen years.It means that I’ll be an adult very soon.

I still can’t get over the fact that I’m 19 already!!!

Oh well,so much for the worries!I should thank God instead for giving me the greatest gift I could ever have: another year of life! (^_^)

Also,I received gifts for my birthday!First,my papa and I celebrated it days ago before my actual birthday since we’re both busy on that very day.

Papa treated me to Starbucks with Chocolate Chip Frappucino and Caramel Belgian Waffle! Papa really knows what I want. And I treated Mama with Starbucks too.She said that it should be the birthday celebrant who should treat her guests!

After that,Papa bought me everything I wanted!!!

Kitty wet wipes and 2 floor mats!I certainly need wet wipes to clean my face and remove unnecessary dirts. When I found it in the supermarket,I felt that I had to purchase one since it’s too cute!As for the floor mats,just felt like I need one so I had papa buy me two pieces of it!

Next is the Acquasuisse perfume.My previous cologne is good.It has glitters and those shimmering glitters stick to your shirt and it’s adorable.But the only problem is that its smell doesn’t last long, hence I have to apply and apply again!AND THIS!!!ACQUASUISSE!!!!!…Kinda expensive for such a small bottle but the money’s worth it!!!!The smell lasts longer than I expected (from morning ’til evening)!Well,in the evening its smell is not that aromatic but it is still there!!!!I’m addicted to this!! (*-*)

Next,shirts!I’m a sucker for shirts with collars especially of the brand is Collezione and also pink Freegos!Whenever I wear Collezione it makes me feel like I can live it up to the image of being formal and at the same time being casual.I really don’t like girlish clothes.It doesn’t suite my personality.Freego shirts,well just felt like trying the brand out! (n_n)

Lastly, a silver ring!!!I’ve been longing to have another silver ring because the previous ones were lost and then I kept on using plastics and cartoon-themed rings!I really love silver accessories and the only jewelry that I like to wear is a ring.So,papa went to buy me one!Hohoho!!!

I also bought a diary.I don’t even know why I bought.Well,I find it really cute!Lately,I’ve been feeling so dramatic due to constant heartbreaks (LOL!). I want to tell that person my feelings by writing on a diary! (Please spare my drama,okay?!).I bought it with my savings from my allowance!Such a cute notebook and my ugly penmanship’s making it look bad!! XD

Last October 10,2012 was a Wednesday.We don’t conduct classes every Wednesdays but since the semester’s going to an end and we still have lots of lessons to tackle,the professor requested to have a make-up class.

I was actually happy that my birthday was on a Wednesday and that means I won’t be going to school and won’t be greeted by classmates.I don’t want to be greeted personally actually.I get shy every time this happens and I don’t even know why!But last October 10 was superb!!!!

I went to class early in the morning and I was greeted by 3 of my classmates who were already there.They gave me a present!AWWWWW~!!!

They gave me a Rilakkuma picture frame with my photo in it!They printed and wasted ink just for it!!!!!I wonder how much it costs???!!!Hahaha…

Second,another classmate (I treat this classmate as a cousin in school) gave me a chocolate!Toblerone!Yay!!!It was unexpected of him to give me one!We are not that close but we treat each other like cousins!

Lastly,another classmate (this time,it’s a classmate who I treat as a brother) gave me a coupon for a certain food chain for free meal and an umbrella!He’s a crew in that food chain and he needs to sell the tickets for the opening of the food chain’s branch here in our city.Of course,he will be paying for it since he gave it to me for free!I feel so grateful!

I celebrated my birthday with a happy face.It was the first time that I received gifts from classmates! I love them all!They’re the best classmates I ever had!!!

So,I bid goodbye to the 18 yr old Momo and now this 19 yr old Momo will start a new year!Yay!!!

The Semester has Already Ended!!! \(^o\) (/o^)/

Hi!I’m back!!!!!

Blogging has been very difficult for me since I’ve been busy with school weeks ago!But here I am and will be starting to blog again! XD

We just finished all of our exams last week and now it’s officially our semestral break!

I have to work hard to maintain my grades though the subjects are bit difficult and the pressures are too heavy!!! (._.)

It’s because that the date of my exams were almost of the same week, I have to find time and organize my studies!Y’know,I need to study some of them (different subjects) in one night.

So far,I’m contented with my performances especially in the subject of our Dean (my favorite)!

Whew!!Can’t believe that time passed this much!The first semester for school year 2012-2013 has already ended!In two weeks time,the 2nd semester will be starting!!!!

So,I’ll be starting to blog again!!Tatata~ (^o^)y

Starbucks for the First Time!!!!

Helloooo~!!!!

Starbucks, a famous coffeehouse, just opened here in our city 2 weeks ago!

It’s in the ground floor of of one of our biggest malls here so I didn’t had a hard time on finding it.

It was only roughly 10 in the morning and the mall was just about to open.My father and I decided to hang out in Starbucks to kill time.

I was starstruck for real!!!!I’ve been dreaming of drinking luscious coffee from Starbucks since I was young!Mom and pop would always tell me that it is expensive or I’m still young to drink coffee (Seriously,is there an age requirement for drinking coffee?LOL!)

Last night, I’ve been thinking on what to order (Yes,I was this excited).I then remembered that one of my fave idols,Takahashi Ai-chan who’s a patron of the coffeehouse, usually orders Cafe Macchiato.She says that it gives her energy.

Without any hesitations,upon lining at the counter,I ordered Cafe Macchiato and also brewed coffee for papa.

Hell~!!Everything’s expensive!But I didn’t have to worry since papa’s with me! LOL!!!!He’s my financier,actually!!!I ordered for a tall Cafe Macchiato and also a tall brewed coffee!The Macchiato’s 140php and the brewed coffee‘s—–Oh boy~I forgot the price!LOL!!Sorry~!!!!

The crews are friendly!A female crew asked for my name for her to write on the coffee cups.

Me: It’s Momo.

Crew: Momo? *smiles*

Me: It’s just my nickname.

Crew: Momo’s a cute name! *smiles again*

Then she wrote my name on the cups.I wish she drew a bear instead!!Hahaha!!!

Since I wanted something to eat,I bought chips which the coffeehouse is also selling.It’s Kettle.I was shocked!Really shocked!!It’s 75php and it is just as big as a potato chip that’s worth 25php!!!Well anyway,it’s delicious and it’s imported so that explains why it is that pricey.It’s from u.s.,I think?

Pop promised that he’ll take me to Starbucks whenever I want!!!!Happy~!!!!
